The current fees that apply to Customer’s license of the Software Product (the "License Fee"), exclusive of applicable taxes are set forth and indicated on the product page of the applicable software being purchased. The License Fee, as defined by the software product purchased, shall be paid prior to download and installation of the Software Product(s) unless the Customer has elected to use the software for the allowed "seven (7) day free trial period" in which a separate trial key will be issued via email to the Customer at no cost. Customer agrees to pay all sales, use, personal property, value added or other taxes associated with the Software Products. All amounts due shall be paid in U.S. Dollars.
